Deposits are non-refundable. Eligible bookings may qualify for a one-time rebooking or booking credit, subject to the conditions outlined in our cancellation policy in the Terms and Conditions. In all other cases, the deposit will be forfeited.

Room occupancy is limited to the specified capacity, and only registered guests are allowed—bringing unregistered guests may lead to eviction and additional charges. Guests are expected to respect others and hotel staff at all times.

Australian Hotel Hungduan welcomes families but parents or guardians must supervise children at all times. The hotel is not liable for accidents involving unsupervised children. Children must be accompanied by an adult on balconies and near roads. Baby cots are not provided; please bring your own.
