The management of Australian Hotel and Restaurant would like to ensure your comfort and security while staying with us, for an enjoyable and memorable experience. Hence, we kindly request your cooperation in observing the following House Rules and Regulations:
- Please pay for your accommodation upon registration and request a receipt for your payment.
- Smoking inside the room is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee of ₱1,000 will be charged to your bill if you smoke indoors.
- Cooking or heating food inside the room is strictly prohibited.
- Bringing outside food and beverages into the hotel is not allowed without prior permission.
- Ironing inside the room is not allowed. The hotel provides ironing services for an additional charge.
- Guests will be charged for any loss or damage to hotel property. Hotel linens, towels, floor mats, and other amenities are the property of the hotel—please do not remove them. Report any problem or damage in your room immediately to the front desk or restaurant staff.
- Do not leave valuables unattended inside guestrooms or within the hotel premises. The hotel will not be held liable for any loss or damage to valuables.
- When leaving your room, please turn off the lights and air conditioning, and ensure that all faucets are properly closed.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel or guestrooms.
- No refunds will be given for early check-out. Extensions of stay will be charged at ₱100 per hour.
- Possession of illegal drugs and any form of gambling is strictly prohibited inside the hotel.
- Please refrain from playing excessively loud music or engaging in activities that may disturb other guests.
- You are required to identify yourself when entering the hotel floors. This is for your personal safety and security.
- Extra charges will apply for guests requesting additional bath towels, blankets, or pillows beyond the number of registered occupants.
- Please allow 10 minutes for our room attendant to inspect the room upon check-out. Missing items will be charged to the guest’s bill.
- Please return your room keys to the front desk or restaurant staff before departing the hotel. Lost keys will incur a ₱600 replacement fee.
- Damage to mattresses and linens—including towels, sheets, bedspreads, blankets, and pillowcases—resulting from body oils, makeup, shoe polish, hair dye, blood stains, etc., will result in a special cleaning, repair, or replacement charge.
- Please feel free to drop your comments and suggestions in our Suggestion Box located at the reception area. Your feedback is important to us.
- Please report any act of discourtesy or misconduct by our employees to the management.
Additional Information
- The guest ensures that nothing shall be attached to the walls or ceilings of the Australian Hotel premises using nails, screws, glue, or any other means. Any resulting damage will be charged to the guest.
- Lost and Found Policy: The Australian Hotel is not responsible for items left behind by guests. However, any item (except perishable goods) found after departure will be recorded and kept securely for up to 7 days for collection by the owner. Records of lost and found items will be retained for 3 months. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify the guest if an item is found. Perishable goods, underwear, and toiletries will be discarded.
