Cancellation Policy

We do not charge cancellation fees, as we do not collect deposits or credit card details at the time of booking. However, we kindly ask that guests inform us of any cancellations or changes at least 48 hours in advance so we can offer the room to other travellers. Failure to provide timely notice, including no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

Australian Hotel Hungduan welcomes families but parents or guardians must supervise children at all times. The hotel is not liable for accidents involving unsupervised children. Children must be accompanied by an adult on balconies and near roads. Baby cots are not provided; please bring your own.
