Getting to the Australian Hotel: A Step-by-Step Adventure
Travelling to another country can sometimes feel a bit tricky, especially if you're not used to the new surroundings. But don’t worry! Getting to our hotel is a little adventure in itself, and we’re here to guide you every step of the way. If you enjoy a challenge and a bit of exploration, this step-by-step guide will help you reach our peaceful haven — the Australian Hotel — located on Bulanan Highway, Hapao, Hungduan, Ifugao.
1. Take a Bus from Manila to Banaue
- Departure Points: From Cubao or Pasay, take a bus going to Banaue, Ifugao.
- Bus Companies:
- Ohayami Trans
- Coda Lines
- Florida Bus
- Travel Time: About 9-11 hours.
- Fare: Around ₱450-₱700 (depending on the bus operator).
- Bus Departure: Buses leave in the evening or early morning.
Bus Service Information
- Go to the official Ohayami website: https://ohayami.ohayami.ph/
- Choose your origin, destination & trip date. (We are near Banaue.)
- Select a trip, then choose your seats.
- Input your details.
- Complete your payment.
Once you arrive in Banaue, you can either take a Jeepney or a Tricycle to the Australian Hotel located on Bulanan Highway, Hapao.
Option 1: Jeepney
- Where to Board: Jeepneys going to Hapao, Hungduan are available at the Banaue town center or Banaue bus terminal.
- Ask the driver to drop you at the front of the Australian Hotel.
- Jeepney Fare: From Banaue to Australian Hotel in Hapao, Hungduan is around ₱50-₱100.
- Travel Time: About 45 minutes to reach Australian Hotel Hungduan.
Option 2: Tricycle
- Ask the driver to drop you in front of the Australian Hotel.
- Fare: Around ₱500-₱600.
- Travel Time: About 45 minutes to reach Australian Hotel Hungduan.
