Australian Hotel Hungduan — Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Australian Hotel Hungduan. By making a reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking Confirmation
Reservations must be made through the official website or authorized booking agents.
- All bookings are considered tentative until the required deposit is paid within the specified timeframe (see Section 3.2).
- During peak or high-demand periods, reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt and verification of the required deposit.
- During non-peak periods, reservations may be temporarily held without a deposit but must comply with the deposit deadlines.
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel any unpaid or unconfirmed reservations.
3. Payment, Deposit & Cancellation Policy
3.1 General Policy
All reservations remain tentative until the required deposit has been received within the specified deadline. Failure to pay will result in automatic release of the booking.
3.2 Deposit Policy
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations.
- Payment may be made via GCash or other approved methods.
- Proof of payment must be submitted for verification.
- The remaining balance is payable upon check-in.
3.3 Cancellation & Deposit Use
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Eligible bookings may receive a one-time rebooking or booking credit, subject to the conditions below.
- In all other cases, the deposit will be forfeited.
3.4 Long Lead Bookings (30+ Days Before Arrival)
- Deposit due: within 72 hours of booking. A deposit is required to secure your reservation. If the deposit is not received by the due date, the room will be released and made available for other guests to book.
Changes & Cancellation:
- One-time rebooking allowed if requested at least 14 days before arrival, subject to availability.
- Cancellations within 14 days of arrival: deposit forfeited.
- No-show: deposit forfeited.
3.5 Peak Season Bookings
Applies to holidays, long weekends, Christmas, New Year, Holy Week, and other high-demand periods.
Deposit Requirement
A deposit is required to confirm and secure your reservation. This must be paid within 24 hours of booking. If the deposit is not received by the due date, the reservation will be automatically released and made available to other guests.
Changes & Cancellations
- Limited booking changes may be allowed if requested at least 7 days before arrival, subject to approval.
- Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made 28 days or less before the arrival date.
- No-shows will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.
3.6 Non-Peak / Regular Season Bookings
- Deposit due: within 48 hours of booking. A deposit is required to secure your reservation. If the deposit is not received by the due date, the room will be released and made available for other guests to book.
Changes & Cancellation:
- One-time rebooking allowed if requested at least 3 days before arrival, subject to availability.
- Late cancellations (within 3 days) or no-show: deposit forfeited.
3.7 Rebooking Policy
- Rebooking is allowed once only.
- New booking date must be within 3 months of the original stay.
- Rates may vary; price differences may apply.
- Subject to room availability.
3.8 Force Majeure
In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or similar events, the hotel may, at its discretion, allow rebooking or issue booking credit.
3.9 Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be converted into booking credit where applicable under these Terms.
4. Pricing
- All rates are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.
5. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: 2:00 PM
- Check-out: 12:00 PM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Guest Responsibilities
- A valid government-issued ID is required upon check-in.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas.
7. Hotel Rights
The hotel reserves the right to:
- Refuse service
- Remove guests
- Cancel bookings in cases of misconduct, policy violations, or illegal activities.
Authorized personnel may enter rooms for maintenance, safety, or emergencies.
8. Liability
- The hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- The hotel is not responsible for service interruptions beyond its control.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with disputes subject to its courts.

By making a reservation or submitting payment, guests confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
