1. Introduction
Welcome to Australian Hotel Hungduan’s booking website. By making a reservation or using this site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before booking.
2. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents.
- We only accept cash payments upon arrival at the hotel. No credit/debit card or online payments are accepted.
- Please bring sufficient cash to cover your stay and any incidental charges.
3. Pricing
- Room rates are displayed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change without notice; confirmed bookings are honored at the booked rate.
4. Cancellation Policy
- We do not charge cancellation fees, as we do not collect deposits or credit card details at the time of booking.
- However, we kindly ask that guests inform us of any cancellations or changes at least 48 hours in advance so we can offer the room to other travellers.
- Failure to provide timely notice, including no-shows, may result in refusal of future bookings.
5. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in from 2:00 PM.
- Check-out by 12:00 PM.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
6. Guest Responsibilities
- Valid government-issued ID required at check-in.
- Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas.
- Guests are liable for damages caused during their stay.
7. Hotel Rights
- Australian Hotel Hungduan reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings in case of misconduct or policy violations.
- Hotel staff may access rooms for maintenance, safety, or emergencies.
8. Liability
- The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
- Not liable for events beyond our control, including force majeure events.
9. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
