By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the following terms and policies:

• Check-In: 2:00 PM
   
• Check-Out: 12:00 PM (Midday)
   
• Early check-in/late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
   

• We do not charge cancellation fees, as we do not collect deposits or credit card details at the time of booking.
   
• However, we kindly ask that guests inform us of any cancellations or changes at least 48 hours in advance, so we can offer the room to other travellers.
   
• No-shows or failure to provide timely notice may result in refusal of future bookings.
   

• Cash only is accepted at check-in.
   
• Full payment is required upon arrival, unless otherwise arranged with management.
   

• No pets allowed.
   
• Exceptions may be made for registered service animals with prior notice.
   

• Australian Hotel Hungduan welcomes families and strives to provide a safe environment.
   
• Parents/guardians are fully responsible for supervising children at all times.
   
• The hotel is not liable for accidents involving unsupervised children.
   
• Children must be accompanied by an adult when using balconies, near roads, or in any hazardous areas.
   
• Baby cots are not provided; guests must bring their own infant sleeping arrangements.
   

• Balcony use is at your own risk.
   
• The hotel is not liable for injuries or accidents related to balconies.
   
• Report any balcony-related damages or safety issues to staff immediately.
   

• No indoor smoking.
   
• Outdoor designated smoking areas are available.
   
• Smoking indoors or in non-smoking areas will incur cleaning fees or penalties.
   

• Room occupancy is limited to the maximum allowed per room type.
   
• Only registered guests are permitted in rooms.
   
• Bringing in unregistered guests is a serious violation and may be treated as theft of services, resulting in eviction without refund and additional charges.
   

• All adult guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
   

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
   
• No parties or unregistered guests in rooms.
   
• Guests must treat other guests and hotel staff with respect and courtesy.
   

• The hotel is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to guests or their belongings during their stay.
