The Australian Hotel and Restaurant is currently hiring a skilled and dependable Cook to join our team. We are looking for someone with a strong culinary background, who has worked under professional chefs, and is capable of maintaining high standards in food preparation, hygiene, and kitchen operations.

• Prepare and cook meals in accordance with established recipes and daily menus
   
• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
   
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment
   
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment in a safe and efficient manner
   
• Monitor inventory, manage ingredients, and minimize food waste
   
• Support smooth kitchen operations and collaborate with other kitchen staff
   
• Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and hotel protocols
   

• Minimum of 3 years of professional cooking experience
   
• Must have worked under professional chefs in a hotel, restaurant, or catering environment
   
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food handling, and preparation techniques
   
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
   
• Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
   
• Strong commitment to cleanliness, quality, and attention to detail
   

• Salary - Starting Rate: ₱530 per day (Minimum Wage in Cordillera Administrative Region)
   
• Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts (overtime may be required)
